An opt-in Monday email that repeats the owner dashboard: money, this week's tiles, deadlines, leads and highlights.
Once a week, Oris Work can email the people who run the firm a short summary of the owner dashboard: cash collected in the last 7 days (net of GST) against the 7 days before, outstanding and overdue receivables now against the previous digest, invoices raised, the "This week" tiles for the week ahead, the top five overdue clients, deadlines overdue and due in the next 7 days, new leads and follow-ups due, and three to five highlights from the activity feed. Every number comes from the same calculations as the dashboard, so the email never disagrees with the screen, and every block links to the page that shows the same figure.
Nothing is sent until an admin turns it on under Settings → Weekly digest. Choose the day and hour (firm time, Asia/Kolkata) and tick the admins and managers who should receive it. If nobody is ticked when you switch it on, every admin is added. Save, then use Preview to see this week's email with your real data, or "Send a test to me" to receive it in your own inbox (three tests an hour).
Money figures (collected, outstanding, overdue, top overdue clients, cash due, WIP) are included only for recipients whose role can see firm-wide finance, the same rule as the dashboard. Other recipients get the work blocks: filings, overdue work, approvals waiting on them, leads, follow-ups, deadlines and highlights.
The digest is checked hourly. It goes out on the chosen day once the firm's local time has reached the chosen hour, so a digest set for 08:00 typically arrives between 08:00 and about 09:10. Each recipient receives one digest per week; if a send fails it is retried later the same day. A quiet week (nothing due, nothing overdue, nothing collected) is still sent and says so.
